• How will the taxi collect me?
Airport Transfer Solutions will confirm the payment to you by email with a google checkout number, please keep a of this information. Airport Transfer Solutions will be provided with the details that were entered when making the booking and will contact you to confirm your booking.

• How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express as payment. We process your payments on our secure payment system. We do not hold on to any card details.

• How early do I need to book my car?
All online bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We are unfortunately not able to accept online bookings with less notice than this at present. For bookings within the next (24) hours please call the number at the top of the page to confirm availability.

• Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes we provide a 24 hour service, call us anytime.

• Will I receive confirmation of my journey?
When booking online you will receive two separate emails. The first email confirms we have successfully received your payment and we are in the process of confirming your journey with our fleet. A second email will be sent to you confirming your journey has been booked in. If, in the unlikely situation your journey is not confirmed we will automatically cancel your booking giving you plenty of time to make alternative arrangements.
Pricing
• Do you operate a fixed price policy?
The price quoted is the price you pay. The price paid allows for up to 40 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking fees are to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt. The only exception to this are bookings for bank holidays or if you book incorrectly (i.e you specify the wrong time) you may be asked to pay the difference on the day.

• What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled prior to 12 hours will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 12 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.

• Am I charged if my flight is delayed
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

• Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area by the airport information desk holding a 'meet & greet' board with your name clearly written on it. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to.

We will email you a receipt with a booking reference and contact number by email.
